FG vases for Pulpo   / 2018

Two production methods intermingle when two eras come together in our ceramic vases. The design of the FG vases transforms functional details into aesthetics, combining the typical Dutch eighteenth century decorative ‘cabinet set’ with twenty-first century pure functional garden hose connectors.

The lid vase and the open vase, executed in black, white, yellow and green, are the result of an extensive form research into the transition and balance between details we found in these contemporary mass-produced products.
