YOU’VE GOT MAIL \ Hermès Benelux-Nordics store windows—/ Winter 2023

Vera Meijwaard created a visual feast of twelve warming winter scenes for French house Hermès. ‘You’ve got mail’ is a series of window displays across six countries in the Benelux and Nordics for winter 2023. It’s this time of the year where everyday life can be transformed into a more sparkly, warm and spectacular version when shared with the ones you love. The window scenes centre around the arrival of an envelop whose contents shake everything up. A letter transforms into a paper bird that becomes a boat and then shape shifts into an airplane putting everything upside down.

Our story is an ode to the tradition of sending joyful words to those you hold dear during the Holiday season.

The windows are carefully created with paper, leathers, flock, delicate stichting and chrome elements for extra holiday sparkle.

As part of our winter windows series for Hermès Benelux – Nordics we also created a façade design for the stores in Brussels and Luxembourg.
